TPO application form.

I used to be able to fill in a TPO form on my LA web site and then print it off.

 

For some reason I can no longer do this

 

Does any one have a fill-in-able form that they could let me have or does anyone have a link to a fill-in-able form that can then be printed off??

 

My hand writing is very poor and I like to use spell check, so if any one can help I would be most grateful

you may be able to cut and paste and remove the logo on this one mate.

no its not just your laptop, it wont do it on mine either!!

PDF = Pease Don't Fill-in

just tried the burnley website, and you get to the form and as you say you cannot type in at all, then a little bubble come's up saying "you cannot save text typed into these forms"

 

daft, like someone said above, is there none at all in pdf format, don't know what it stands for but this is a format thay you should be able to type into.....

 

think its a case of print out and write on it, or planning portal

 

once you've hand written the form do people just scan it back in and then email it in?
