I was given two boxs of power bars by the rep to try out. Lived off them for three days walking on dartmoor before i admitted defeat and have to eat something else. My innards to days to settle down afterwards, and produced the most interesting coloured poo.

I use Ultimate Whey Protein from Optimum Health. I buy it on line and use it to keep weight on otherwise I continually loose wring between holidays and Xmas. No joke.

I would also use those Powerbar Gel sachet things if you stocked them, if the price was correct. I'd bulk buy them from you on line.

we are on the egg and ham pies (from the local butcher) and double mars bars diet, washed down with cheap energy drink and tea to keep the weight on when work outdoors in winter.

I wouldnt buy energy bars at all, just dont make sense to me. But would buy a standard mars bar or twix and bottle of lucozade or similar. imo your better of buying a bottle of something so you can have a drink and put the top back unlike buying a can, if you get my drift.

If keeping the weight on is the idea I cracked that one without energy foods. We had energy drinks when we were kids think it was called Tizer. I did have some rehydration drinks back in the summer when logging had a sort of bicarb crossed with battery acid taste with blueberry thrown in but they were well passed sell by date.
