He's a crazy size isn't he? He would probably p*ss the press up challenge as well, he'd only have to drop about 2 inches!

 

He'll be dead because of 'roids within 15 years, though. I won't.

I will never understand the point in using roids !!!

 

I must say im really hoping to get back to training again soon , since dislocating my shoulder a few months back i aint really been training much , i expect i will go back and struggle to bench 95kg . oh well plenty of cardio will get the extra few pounds shifted again !!!

Totally agree about the 'roids. My benching is stuck where it was last year, but I ain't going down that route.

 

I'm just not ready to accept I'm a little ectomorph who weighed 9 stone till he was 26 and have maybe pushed my genetics as far as they will go.

 

100kg for reps was my big goal, still is.

 

Just knackered after work at the mo!

Nice a good bit of friendly competition:) is always good fun. funny just found this post, as i was doing the same last nite but with pulls and in the reverse order as i reckon counting down helps.

 

push up's got to 11.5, i reckon 17 is defo achievable, couple of months:) niceone Mark cheers for the post and makeing a good challenge.

if you want a bench routine sorted i can easily get you benching 150kg bud.Good luck with shoulder injury C.T.S they blow nuts big time my right shoulder is screwed up .

We done this tonight at my krav maga class i got to 11 and that was after 30 mins of mma conditioning, then we done it in reverse to 1.

 

Going try it on a fresh pair of arms at the weekend i like it it's a good challenge.
