Any pics of the landie post rebuild?

This is our Iveco with 3mm Ali sides, been super strong for the last 3 years. A few dents here and there but nothing to worry. We didnt even line it with board, to be truthful we only really load it with chip and throw the wood in a trailer.

Also if boredom does strike we play giant naughts and crosses on it!!!!!

I've got ally sheeting... I put heavy (thick) ply or something water proof (Not marine, but something else) where the chips hit the back board, and thinner stuff where it just rests, e.g.. sides and roof

Fully loaded with chip and tools ours weighed in at 6,650KG. I don't think you can ever be legal with a 3.5 tonner.

Fully loaded with 2.2 tons of chipper, it still pulls!

WBP ply (water and boil proof) probably.

 

I am thinking of 1/4" ply for the sides and 1/2" for the headboard.

Funny enough... It's nearly finished. I've got to build the other barn door then get it painted next week (hopefully!)

Got a guy trying to find the paint code for the green on the new 'yodel' delivery vans.... should look quite fetching especially with the sign writing idea i have!

 

And before anyone asks..... Yes it does fit out through the doors..... JUST!
