And we're back. A friend of mine was given a Wolf (Aldi special I think) in bits and he asked me to have a look at it. Man I can see why these things are cheap. It would have been back together but there seems to be a few screws missing and I had to fabricate (bodge) a new end for the throttle cable. It fires but the mixture screws are either D or double D (wishful thinking ) so I can't tweak the screws to keep it running for more than a few seconds.

Had this to deal with today - a lot cleaner and a lot cheaper to fix than most of my saws, and a very happy four year old customer!

I believe you can port them with a bigger amp and speaker plus a bigger battery:sneaky2:

Sure is there is a few parts missing, but might buy a complete saw and build 1 then rebuild the other if you get what I mean

 

The shed its getting delivered tomorrow and build and will try to start kitting it out at the weekend been and expensive month

What a day, 2 saws to fix! 560 has eaten another exhaust gasket, new one on order, I'll loctite the bolts this time and my 385 has hung a ring, new cylinder on order!

This time it is my fault, when I was fitting the rings, I snapped one, so ordered some more, which were thinner, the time before was due to the idiots who used to work at my company.
