And reminds me that Aldi have u.s cleaners in aswell. Will be picking one of those up this week to try them out.

I have an Aldi US cleaner - bit small and only runs for 3mins at a go, but I'm very happy with it for the price:thumbup:

Not made it to my bench yet, but this is what's heading in that direction (and a much better view than what's on television behind it).

Likewise, nice to meet you Martin.

Nice, i see an 070 on ebay for nearly £900 last week and i didnt want to curse it but have an 076 coming in the post whoop, will post pictures in the vintage saws thread

Yes, I saw that 070 too. This one was also on ebay, and a lot more realistically priced (possibly underpriced). It's in really nice original condition and runs perfectly.

Ok. Eddy.

I was curious over the cleaner as it is 20 quid.

I will be looking for a proper one. This was a how good you reckon that one is kind of thing. Some tools that come out of Aldi or Lidl are of a good standard and work well. Wounder if this was one of them.

Judging by someone saying max time is 3 mins I recon it would be awkward for a really crapped up carb, but I recon it should be ok, their electrical stuff is usually sound, it's when they make saws for the gypsies to weigh in the fun starts
