Stretch airs, not all there cracked up to be?

i have got some stretch airs and i dont think there all they are cracked up to be, they are so much hotter than the hi flex trousers and alot more bulky, the stitching is terrible mine are all frayed around the knee patches. the worst bit is around the flies, the stiching on mine came out after a couple of days and now are afunny shape. and then there is the massive saw dust bucket on the back, which is just a funnel for saw dust to get in your trousers and annoy you all day. Has anyone else had problems with the stitching or any other problems with them.

have never had stretch air but a lot of the lads i work with have had them and have had similar problems with the stitching in the crotch area, one has had them restitched numerous times but rates the actual fabric for its hardweariness. I personally have had the stihl hiflex since they came out and really rate them.

i'm on my second pair of stretch airs in 4 years, the first lasted a year and 3/4s, this pair are still going strong. the fabiric is really hard wearing. my first pair went at teh crotch after extended belt wearing, this pair have been fine and i've worn braces with them all the time. they have a few small rips and the leg pocket came un stitched but they still look pretty presentable 2 years on.

my only problem, its hard to justify a new pair
