I love Dim Sum, now and again, usualy twice a year [breakfast, elevenses Chinese style, sometimes called Yum Cha]

 

They have all sorts on the menu, one of my kids favorites are this, chickens feet , I kid you not! yet they hate suckling pig, they love them , I often have to order 2 portions, imo they taste as you'd expect chickens feet to taste...
