Hi

I have found a small yard to store some timber for logs. Its quite well hidden but you can guarantee that some B*gger will find it and start helping themselves to my wood stash:cursing:

can anyone recommend a camera for putting up a tree to try and get some images?

Cheers

get a rottie alsation dutch herder or belgian malinois there will be no thefts then i used to work all these dogs when i was a security dog handler and remember no matter how covert or expense you spend on cctv a 50p balaclava will ruin that job (i know a bit much far fetched but if you leave a saw or any other gear there then it will soon be a problem)

I had a vandalism issue where i live and put up a covert camera - didn't stop the problem and police useless when it comes to finding anyone and criticised the picture quality etc.

I put up a huge obvious camera housing as well and the problem stopped.

It's more about deterrance than catching them... wear hoodies etc anyway

PM'd you jonny

Mine was a bushnell 5mp but they advance in technology faster than a pc so mines out of date, they are up to around 12mp now with solar chargers and alsorts.

Did the jon though, didn't stop log theft but lets you see who the culprits are
