looks very much like youve got yourself a foresian rack mill, built by William Reid of Forres sometime in the 1950's, these are amazing machinesand just predate the introduction of the bandsaw mills. no two are the same as every one was built to special order and have some unique features, it looks like your one has the secondary saw blade on the back opposite side, some have, some dont, some even have two racks, does your one have the extraction fan system run off the main drive to the saw.it looks in really good condition, Iknow all these things about these saws as i have one myself, unfourtunatley not in as good of a condition but undergoing a restoration
