get the job finished to a high standard, if no payment shows up when its due then take all the lads that worked on the job to find out why nobodys getting paid. i hate people like that and hope it works out for the best. i'd love to come and help disrupt their lives with a blockade of arb trucks doing essential emergency work outside their driveway (butties, beer n chainsaw carving) but it shouldn't come to that.

thanks guys for all your support - feel abit on my on on this at mo. has hubby was feeling better with the stress of it all and now this has knocked him back big time again and again ready to pack it all in -

charlie its not your fault, we had given her the price and tbh i knew over the phone she was going to be awkward but it wasnt til the lads got back that i knew they got called out to her else i'd of forewarned rohan to be on his toes financially/written acceptance etc.

itsjust good to vent your feelings on screen sometimes

thanks guys

I wouldn't muck about with the lady, get the job done, invoice to the husband, and if he falters tell him you are going to small claims, the job is too big to take a knock / get messed about.

I feel for you, we all get it from time to time.

It must have been a big tree, have you taken photo's because it may help if they do start to wriggle to have a record of the work you've done.
