I reckon that is probably the case....ir if you live in devon just export it as is........

 

 

(I was working up there a while back for TCD and where we were tipping chip was opposite the entrance to Cann Woods, and artic loads of uncovered larch were being taken out, apparently completely legally, straight down to the docks for export!!!!)

I believe that the phytopthora can only re produce in viburnums and rhoddies etc, in trees it can still infect but is unable to sporulate and is therefore the risk of infection from timber is minimal.

Yeah i think you're right Tom. A while back it was treated as if you ran an enormous risk even breathing near an infected tree/ plant / whatever, but now it seems that enough research has been done that it has been found that cross infection is not as certain as previously assumed.

...I do sometimes mate, but I fit my work around my freelance stuff, I can't drop that and bang out jobs that quick..they must be VERY quiet!. Head gasket went on my wagon on the A12 yesterday...bad timing or what!:thumbdown:
