Theres a split in it.

There is a split on the top of the curve in the main stem above the old wounds

is it that if it grows any bigger your hiab would not reach and ladders not long enough

 

or you just want a topped tree of your own

 

or roots getting undermined

 

or roots damaging the wall

It was staring us in the face the whole time, couldnt believe I didnt see the signs earlier.:001_rolleyes:

 

Well if you look at where the crack is and think about the forces that will be put through that area (because of the "dogs leg" in the stem) when the winds are high, I reckon it could be predicted. Which is why I though Tony may have got it.
