I put the woodburner on last noght for the first time since spring.

 

Later on I had to go out for something and when I got back and opened the front door I could feel the warm air pouring out of the living room. The glow and the smell of hot dusty metal was loooovely. And not a penny to the gasman.

Got stove going for first time this season tonight. We had ground frost this morning. Blowing a Gale tonight waiting for the rain to come. Been like summer all week though.
