We were having a quad bike nicked every 2 months 4 in all! they were all locked to the ground with anchor plates in locked sheds! Our latest quad has smart water which is a unique DNA registered to you it comes in a little bottle you just put a drop on your kit, it Is visible with uv light, so your kit is detectable if stolen, you can get it from your local police force I think it was around £100 a bottle we have also fitted a tracker and had microchips inserted into the frame and several other parts of the bike, we advertise the fact we have all this, by putting signs and stickers on kit, the thieves see this and it putts them off as it makes it very difficult to sell on! since we have done all this we havn't had one pinched.

Trouble is if your like me you'll love your dog to bits and with thieves getting more desperate theyl do owt like hurt or poison your dog:thumbdown: If I had a crewcab or a van mate I wouldn't leave nowt in and I would honestly leave it open so they can look in see there's nowt and you have no damaged locks or windows. Sounds stupid but if they want to be in or take the motor theyll cause damage to get in. I never lock my car or van and never had any bother:001_smile:

Best way mate don't think your lass will be too happy when she's sleeping on the couch and you have the new saws in bed with you to keep any eye on them though haha
