Haha yes, I always get that! I had just taken the seat foam and cover off to clean the bike and replace the air filter. I take both wheels off after racing as well, to clean inside all the little holes (hence why the chain is slack).

My dad used to make me wash dry and turtle wax my ty 80 every time!

I used to take my mums dish clothes for doing the spokes:laugh1:

 

I always think it's better when you turn up to a meeting with a clean bike!

 

I use a selection of tools including a dish cloth, a tooth brush (not my cuurent one), lots of hot soapy water, wizard wash bike cleaner and a pressure washer. As well as sponge, shammy and a brush.

Went to watch the Fast Eddy extreme enduro round at Tong today - those boys are just plain nuts, but superhuman I reckon. Some of the course I reckon would have beaten a lot of guys on trials bikes even in the summer, yet these guys were doing lap after lap in the middle of winter, on Enduro bikes!
