I coudn't email you.

 

I had the error message "could not perform this operation because the default mail client is not proerly installed".

 

That's more to do with my PC settings than a problem with your email link

the website is trying to access your computers email software which by the sounds of it you havent configured because you more than likely view your mail online

how does 1, configurate it

there should be an option somewhere to add email accounts in the software that opens up when you click to send that email. you'll have to go online to whoever currently provides your email to find out the appropriate settings
