More likely too high a disk speed or infeed roller's to slow. Probably the former.

 

A greenmech salesman (who shall remain anonymous), spent a good 20 minutes telling me all about how great the chippers are at handling conifer, and their special features for chipping conifer without clogging up.

 

The sum total of the whole spiel was to turn down the feed rollers a bit.

Cant go wrong with a Timberwolf IMO, used a few different models with different companys ive been at and all have performed very well, Used a couple of Greenmechs and didnt rate them at all, The only Jensen i have used is a tracked A530, which my current employer has, I hate this machine, it doesnt seem to pull in anythin like the Timberwolf we have! replaced a few parts to try and rectify this but its still no where near the Timberwolf!!
