Just wanted to say cheers very much to Steve Bullman, Andy Collins and the rest of the Arbtalk gang who were at Capel yesterday for a warm welcome and a good laugh.

Check this one out! Andy Collins usually kips under Justins marquee, but this year he decided on a hotel room and weighed out forty quid for it but got so pissed he fell through the door and woke up the next day on the floor next to the bed.......:lol:

Mick you are a Legend and a true mate to Dave, £2 k that's fantastic, you should be very proud of yourself for organising it all and being there for him, your input will definately be a major part of his amazing healing process mentally and physically

Talking of surprises, I was amazed to see MonkeyD there. Of course I'd forgotten it was the official book-signing day on the Friday, and we had to try and keep the frenzied crowd in order as they patiently queued in the baking show day sunshine. This has now proven to me beyond all doubt the power of Hama and Dave's push for Fungi to be more widely appreciated, I had totally under-estimated it. You're both a credit to something
