Cheers Stephen, i needed the van as well to fit all the gear and rakings up in so had the road tow come along.

I've a Schliesing linkage mounted chipper that I could draw the chipper off but the mog would sit it to high to feed.

Hi Casto, love yer setup. did ya mean to say 'draw the trailer off' i wonder?

Thanks, I've only just started using this set up. Seems to be working well (usually dependent on the the mog and if she wants to play ball  )

yes I did mean to say draw the trailer off :001_rolleyes:

First time I've had this setup out. Worked well, just had to do a but of chip shoveling as the chipper spout isn't tall enough to blow over the trailer boards.

Nice old mog and plenty room for chip in that trailer. Does the mog tow it fully loaded OK?

out this week earing its keep

That's the way to deal with conifers quickly! No dicking about snedding and hand dragging to a wee chipper, brilliant

Yeah its surprising how much goes in the trailer, but could do with a longer chipper chute to blow over the side of the trailer. Yes, the mog didn't notice it really. Saying that she's supposed to be 165hp

Ah an extra 65 horse will do it :thumbup1: have you turbocharged it?

Yes, the extra hp is nice to have. Just need to be steady when driving it, don't fancy a new gear box in it :001_rolleyes:, no turbo on it... yet. I've not found a decent way of doing it and I'm not just gonna cut a hole in the engine cover.
