Are we talking a U1300 or an ex military 1300L? The 1300 should already have hydraulics so you'd simply plug the rams in to the relevant spools. A 1300L doesn't come with that so you would need the hydraulic system too. I don't know for sure that it will fit but I can't see why it wouldn't? It's a belt driven pump so should just bolt on.

 

A steering pump won't have anywhere near the flow rate to do the job. It would take you a lifetime just to lift the arms!

Sorry its a 1300L. Im guessing a belt run pump would be a much easier and cheaper mount up than something mechanical off the running gear
