There's only one other thing that classes as an emergency if you run out, and thats Dirt tickets (Bog roll), A mate of mine got caught short on a job last year and had to use a clotting bandage from his first aid kit.

i started this thread as a bit of a laugh how ever.............

 

 

i have just started knitting again. used to knit baby hats, mitts, tops etc for my children years ago.made a couple of scarfs for my daughters 23rd birthday and am now knitting beanie hats for the troops in Afghanistan. its a great stress reliever. i can also crochet darn and sew. got an order for jumpers for a friend of mines twins.

oh yes. fanny pads can be used as a pressure pad to stop bleeding in an emergancy.

Filtered but used like instant. Sometimes I just chew on the beans.:001_cool::laugh1:

 

Do like a nice fresh filter coffee(Costa is tops) but trying to do that out in the field would look a bit Julian Clary.
