beech tree bleeding canker?

Had a look at this today and am interested to see what other people think it is,

its only affecting one tree in a line of about 25 mature beech trees, no crown die back or dead wood, and the leaf buds seem to be developing normally, but the tar spots are weaping a lot, and there are some quite colourful legions which feel soft and squishy, not my normal area of expertise so any help would be appreciated

sorry about the camera phone pictures

could be a number of things, beech scale cryptococus fagisuga is a normal pre cursor to bilugaria iqiunans the beech canker, kretzschmaria duesta often causes bleeding in early stages of colonisation though usualy much darker but bacteria could be causing the orange hues. Armillaria- Honey also causes bleeds like this. but it could even be a phytopfera

Got similar bleeding lesions on a mature Beech, were an Ramorum infected site so fera tested a bark sample from it, and a number of other large Beech all came back negative for phytophthora. The tree is also host to Kretz, Merip, and found some armillaria rhizomorphs near the buttresses.
