Thought we are not allowed to talk about religion on "Arbtalk". This is one of the biggest causes of human hassles worldwide and should all be banned. It's a form of brain washing:001_rolleyes: to control populations.

I was listening to this on radio 4 tonight, and had the impression that they were NOT allowed to adopt, as it was thought (in my view entirely correctly) that religious beliefs should come second to sexuality.......what if the child turns out to be gay? What are the foster parents going to do then???

Nowhere in that article did I ever get the impression that the couple were bigots!

 

Out of interest, where would you stand if the word homosexual was replaced by another minority group? For instance, suppose we directly swapped christian and homosexual, thus meaning that a gay couple would refuse to tell a foster child that it was ok to be a christian?
