machinery names and tree lingo

Just wondering if anyone else has pet names for their machinery/ or has some good tree lingo they use. Or is it just us.

 

Here some of ours anyway

 

Wong chong= ms200t

G a varny= husky 372

chip stick/sir chip alot/wolf it up=tw 150

orchard clearer= Big Birtha

stihl pole saw= wond of love.

 

boom shack a la= When you cut a big top out and it gets the old heart beat going.

 

"don't cut any more off! anymore and it will look abit wayne'd= border line pruning.

 

 

or are we just mad?......probably

We have an "album" at work. Here are just a few ranger work related songs

 

"Son of a pleacher man" - Hedge laying

"Solid as a rock" - Finger/gate post installation

"Stop the pigeon" - When we hit one in the truck. It removed our beacon on the truckman back.

"Hi ho, hi ho, off to work we go" - When carrying kit a long way as we cant get he truck close enough.

 

MS 362 - The daddy/biggun

MS 341 - Middlo

MS 260 - Littlun

FS 550 - Kick back king

FS 450 - Smoker

FS 400 - Chain smoker

Mitsi L200 - Workhorse

Ranger - Meeter (Bosses truck)
