Decent day today, nice little private job, nothing to serious, reduce a small eucalyptus, an ash, remove this limb here, remove that branch on that and so on, and lots of other little bits that took up the day, nothing went wrong and nothing broke oh and a tenner tip each come 3pm. all have a good day ready for the weekend?:001_smile:

Shouldnt really put it on here but had a bit of an argument/ work tiff about a brushcutter. Our apprentice has just done his brushcutter training and passed. But the guy who i had the work tiff with was constantly asking if we should pick it up. We had no need to it today but then he would say well what about the big bramble patch that needs tidying. We did it with slashers and a hedgecutter. At the end of the day he proceded to have a go at me about the state of the inside of the truck. Its everyones responsibility to keep the trucks in good order but i think washing it at the end of each day when it has a few splashes of mud on it is a bit OTT. Other than that productive day and going out with an old work colleague for a few beers tomorrow night.

Started at 8:30 this morning, meet at the burger van for 9. Meatballs and chips and cheese for breakfest. Get to site for 10:30, park up and watch houses being demolished by 18t+ digger until the guys turn up and collect the leftover fencing from this weeks tree roots protection fence errecting at around 2oclock. Once they were collected we could go home, deliver a load of logs once we got back to the yard. Home for 4.

Best friday ive had for a long time! lol I discovered that when im bored i eat, and that doing nothing is actually pretty knackering..

Up at 8am, took my girls to school, went and looked at a job.

Went home picked up my two boys (half term) and the wife, took them for a full English breakfast, then off to the flicks to see True Grit, great film!!!!!!!!!!!

Good day!!!!!!!!
