I dont yell anything. Yelling and shouting is so undignified. My groundstaff know that the moment the saw starts, stay away from the tree.:closedeyes:

 

Most of my cuts are done with either a pole saw or pruner.

 

So when working at heights, if I didn't yell "headache!" They'd have one....

we used to have a climber who shouted "below" every time he moved, farted, took his chainbrake off, put his chainbrake on, to the point where we just ignored him, didnt matter cos he was so darn slooooowww, he couldnt have hit a cow on the ass with a shovel anyway.

normally a warning before i start the cut, and once the saw is going they know not to go under, i do shout "heads up" though.....my good mate who is a contract climber shouts "yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh" while making each cut at the top of his voice.....gets a few odd looks from his customers haha
