You don't have to shoot someone to lose your license. Any form of assault, abh, gbh, threatening behaviour, etc could lead to the license being revoked

It takes very little for the Police to revoke your license, even being "accused" of threatening behavour will do it.

The funny thing is, if you look at photo 4 and 5 the white square on the logpile next to the person lifting the log, is a big sign telling them it is private and any log theft will be prosecuted !!

Can you make them carry it a lot futher ? Most folks are plain bloody lazy and more than 30m from log pile to cars too much and takes too long

A face and vehicle details passed to the police should result in being paid for the logs taken. (Add on costs for camera/wasted time onto the Invoice)
