if i did 12mph in a fastrac down the A2 and through the tunnel with that lot behind me and i would be linched by the other motorists!!

Short distance with both laden and Agricultural/Forestry use is legal. I think 40mph as well if speed rated tyresand brakes and not over a certain length. I have a book somewhere in the office but there is a NTA website.

 

Normal vehicles is not legal and in the pictures the lighting plug is not connected/different number plate/hitch bolt loose/break away cable detached/no cargo net over the logs. (All the items the Police would notice!)

In this country its ilegal, who's juristriction does jersey come under, dont they have their own regs ?
