Just putting the feelers out; the prospect of having to chip 500 + flippin monster leylands = this recky... Ta.

 

depending on access but have a word with chris ball from c ball forestry. he has a 24 inch chipper mounted on a 830 valmet forwarder. alot bigger and quicker than treeclear. case of cutting and walking away.. dunni what your gonna do with all that lovely chip!!!! not...

First you should Treeclear.co.uk as they have some serious gear. It seems expensive but the processing speed means you're not tied to one job forever and as long as preparation is good, it's profitable. If the job is as big as it sounds, capacity is king! Good luck.

 

I used to drive those chippers way back when...

 

18 inch bandit, grab fed.

 

20 inch cone head, on a tracked dumper body, grab feed, with a walking floor.
