The one I hate with a passion and makes my blood boil:scared1::scared1:

"Can you just!!""

I hate those 3 words! "Please can you or Would you mind" gets a much nicer response.

Had a classic one today... "Ooh, I didn't think you'd be here today, Isn't it dangerous working in the rain?"

Give me strength.

I've sort of had one like that today....

A message on the mobile voicemail from an irate customer as to why we wern't there at 10 o'clock today as promised, blah blah blah etc..

They left name address and phone no.

The best of it is I have no idea who it is! Not one of my customers and an address I've never heard of or been to!

Tried ringing back but their phone is off, so it may well be a wind up.

On the other hand I want to get to the bottom of it as there may well be a job in it, or some tw*t is going round doorknocking pretending to be us.

In fact I'll try them again now!

I hate it when the customer expects you to clear the complete garden of fallen leaves in Autumn!

I have responded in the past that my time is very expensive and it will take me about an hour and I charge an average rate of around 60-70 pound an hour so it may be cheaper if they get a gardener/odd job man to do it ..!:001_cool:

and the most stupid one would you like cash or cheque

Why is it stupid?

I always ask for a cheque, if I get cash it ends up getting spent on the wrong thing, if it's in the bank it get spent on the business
