,,,,to secure at least 1 damn day of work a week!

and following that get a new roof and fix all new acrhitraves, skirting, doors and frames plus carpet the house then get the liner in fix the chimney and get the Handol stove in then turf or/and mulch the rear and front garden, sort the hut and fencing.

not much their then :/

PS: work on making time to train and play with the local US football team would be a deserved leisure activity surely?

any thoughts yet people?? im going to make one, work less so i can see my children more, they are only 4 & 5 but growing up so quick, for the first time in my life work doesnt seem to be so important!! has any one else found this as they get a bit older??? :confused1:

then they get to the age when you feel they need you as an example of what they can achieve in life- tricky one

Bit of balance- believe me they won't remember much of what has happened at their age when they reach 16

Try and put more money aside through the summer when I'm earning more to help in winter.

Don't get so wound up at work and run around trying to do everything that I feel has not been done right by others i.e tell them it's not done right and get them to do it properly. And then TRUST that they can do it properly. I'm still learning the ropes of being in charge of a team:blushing::001_rolleyes:
