dynamic warmup it what olympic atheletes do first rather than static stretches.

 

prob best to go buy a book on the subject as if you strech wrong you will become less flexable.

dynamic streching is what you need to do first and relax stretching after.

I usually find after filling all the mountains paperwork in I'm warmed right up:lol: I've found since I've put weight on it makes these niggles happen more

since lifting weights I've put on a stone and a half and I do find it harder when before climbing seemed easy

5ft 7 Josh don't know about bmi but I did go on one of those weight machines when I was 11 and half stone and that told me I was overweight too:confused1:
