Found this this morning when I was looking at log splitters,

 

maybe a few of you have seen it before but I think it looks very good,

 

has anyone used one and if so what are they like to use?

It does look a well made bit of kit it retails for near 200 EURO would like to try it for myself,

 

hand made with a bit of thought put into the design.

 

Did you just typo 200 Euros?

 

Frig me, I have three Gransfor Axes and I think the bill came to just a little more than that. For that reason alone, I'm out!

Seen them a few times on vids like this, but would love to try one before buying.

 

The the main thing that concerns me is that the whole idea and design of the head means it sinks into the log, it then hits the let to one side and twists the head to sperate the logs.

 

I wonder how much this "twist" effects the users wrists?
