Just been to quote a job and witnessed some shocking excavations by a so called landscaper.

Nearly every major root severed,i know this tree has a tpo becouse i reduced it by 20% a few months ago and had to get permision, now next year it will surely die back or die and my pruning to blame.....:sad:great for buisness and repution that will be ******* landscrapers should know better i get the impression most are just cow boy builders that were to bad at evan doing that!

i would take the intaitive and report it to the LA, at least by doing that you dont get blamed, i dont see why you would get the blame.

 

agree with treedave take the photo and report it.

How about inviting the landscaper to a site meet and explan the problems he has caused with the works. Do you know if the company owner was on site or it was his lads, Larger or smaller company! If he tells you to pi............ off then explan that the tree is covered and you will report it.
