I've a small problem with the name of the old stuff I used cause we ain't bought any in around 8 years or so cause we got 100 mtrs last time and it's run out. I know it was beal of some description and White specked but mr dick Leigh don't remember and neither do I so I thought I'd ask you lot to see what yer using I know a lot of you use them there bungee strops but they are not for me but it would be interesting to know what were all using and I can make a judgement what to order

6mm marlow cord - bought 100mtrs for £45 on ebay

 

make it up as i go along, tie or splice a ring in middle or end etc.

 

cheap as chips!

 

i use it for allsorts - 825kgs breaking strength

 

825kgs god i would not want that hanging off my harness if saw got stuck in a large lump of timber
