The problem has been resolved and i will not mention the company name as the company statement said it was an employee acting on there own behalf.

But i would ask Steve to leave this thread but close it off if thats possible?

So next time someone thinks of doing something like this they will think before doing and it won't result in possible legal action.

cough....cough....ahem!!!!!!

If it's the same guy I'm thinking of, you got away lightly. He spent a over £1k with me on stolen credit cards and now no one know where he is.

Jenny may Know where he is, I seem to remember him wanting to make a move down under and no wonder, he ran up bills of over 16k I believe?

If stolen cards are used in your shop fop for example who looses out, you and the credit company or just the credit company? just wondering.

Depends on the situation, but we lost on this one.

Did the transaction over the phone and he collected from us, I trusted him as he had used us for years.

Jenny doesn't know where he is as he stitched her up as well.

The Aussie/Kiwi immigration authorities would be less than impressed to hear that should anyone want him back badly enough. No visa = no work there.

I hope you get him soon Justin thats just so bad and someone you trusted as well it makes it even worse .

People that cheat ,steal and treat other poeple badly ALLWAYS get there cunuppance in the end . They may go on for ages and ages thinking they have gotton away with it and feeling really smug and doing as they please . but Allways in the end it comes back to themselves in a larger mesure then they dished out . I have seen this time and time again over the years

Good luck on finding him he deserves to be flushed out
