This week we will be mostly reducing Big B****d Poplars !

One out due to the Ganoderma, the others got a stay of exercution for the time being.

Thank goodness for Big Ed and the Block Driver,

i`m getting far too old for all this molarky !

Thursday, chain on the 66 was on it's last legs so I used the 44 instead, tree had metal in the middle of the fell cut and also nails in the crown from a old tree house.

I had to wonder why I was sent out to cut a tree that big with a shagged chain on a 66 with no spare.

 

Silly billy.

 

I wonder, would this be classed as a Big tree ticket type of fell?

Trees and people thats the problem..tree are messy it's people trying to tidy everything that causes trouble..and as professionals we are supposed to like trees ,inflicting large amounts of wounds would leave any tree exposed to infection especially sizeable ones..
