Feeding the new chipper today.

 

Awesome 15mm capacity. 240 hp (think it was hp).

 

If you look carefully you can see the new Stein mini-arbor trolley we used to run the cordwood.

 

Luckily I found an extra crisp packet in the cab, as all the chip was being bagged.

 

3 of us smashed through the job with this kind of kit on site, but I'm glad VOSA didn't give us a tug on the way home.

 

They might easily have confiscated our cycling proficiency badges.

whoa, four logs on the trolley, you guys are hardcore:thumbup:

definately nothing wrong with red boots! as long as its red because of the fabric colour!

 

 

mark im bet your glad they didnt pull your massively overloaded micra with all that heavy kit and arisings stuffed into a tesco bag in the boot!

little conifer from today was in the neighbours garden, and had to all come into this garden. zipline wasnt a option because wasnt tall enough, so i desided to have a redirect pulley up a bigger birch, to bring a line level with the top of the conifer. then stuck a pulley on the line and sling the stems at the top, cut them at the bottom and had a pull line to pull along the line then slacken off the line till there on the deck. worked wonders :thumbup1:

Site had blanket TPO including Bay tree next to the dead Redwood.
