i wanted to call my first boy Hugh Ian Alexander Blair, the wife was up for it until i told her his innitials would be HIAB, so its Alexander Ian Blair instead lol

 

haha i just spat my tea out reading that mate :laugh1:

Clearing up a break out in a Cedar.

 

Branch had failed and snapped out, got caught in the branch below and not quite broken off. Tied off the limb under the break and locked off the Portawrap and climbed round the back in case it did go completely when I took the end weight off. Done in 2 hours.:thumbup:

What sort of venue is it?

 

Think I might of been inclined to have left the fracture, but aesthetics obviously come in to play.

Thanks very much Mr H!!

 

Its at a big Country House/Wedding Venue and there are two big Cedars either side of the House. They play a big part in photos, so leaving it wasn't an option I'm afraid!!

 

I even took a picture of the breakout from above, but its on my mobile, so I'll have to have a dig around and find the cable.
