Bloody hell mate them's proper trees! looks like a nice place to be working,a bit different to the crap holes i work in.

 

i wish, i was just passing and couldnt resist a walk round. well worth a visit guys. if you plan on any sneaking up trees you better take one of those big boy catapults that i dont have.:001_smile:

Where abouts are they at mate would love to climb something of that height:001_cool:

 

cairndow, its at the top of loch fyne. the big one used to be the highest in the country. i think its about 240feet now but the top died, the larch is by far the most impressive. argyll has some huge trees mate.:001_smile:

Cheers mate i'll have to see if i can get up there for a few days at some point. Might need my passport to travel that far though haha.

 

there are a lot of gardens open to the public around that area, dont know if they would let any monkey monkey. but there are loads of monster pines and firs you could go and climb at the side of the road:001_smile:. my parents used to stay up that way and when i was a kid i used to free climb some big sitkas, must have been around 100 feet then and that was 20 years ago, before all this harness mumbo jumbo lol.

great pics mate. excellent scale with the tractor unit. Massive butts!

 

it was just by chance the rig came along the road, sometimes its hard with pics to see scale. i couldnt fit most of the other trees in with my camera phone, heres one of the big girl with a 70 foot monkey puzzle beside her, or part of her:001_smile::001_smile:
