I finally managed to get into the pics in my phone.....

They are all from Tregrehan Manor in cornwall, hone of Tom Hudson who some of the more enlightened may / ought to know. Some parkland trees, me at the top of a spruce, and the view from the top....

Thanks David. The place is amazing for trees. They have a most unusual collection from all rpound the world, the owner being an advisor to Kew amongst other places, and also a collector of plants/ seeds etc from the world over. I will try to get back soon and get some more pics. The drive to the house is a mature burry lime avenue.....beautiful.

heres a few pics from todays jobs. The first is a Birch reduction. As usual the birch had been topped out previously and was full of reactional growth, weak unions and decaying stubs Was a tricky little reduction as there were no good anchor points. Other pics are crown lifting a large walnut tree not worked on any this big before. The last pic is rigging some syc branches that had to be lowered due to targets.

todays couple of jobs went really quick was home by 3pm, so desided to finally go down my garden and reduce my yew tree as it was looking abit of a state. just need to clip off a couple of little bits that stick out i couldnt be bothered to sort them after i came down.
