I used to like sitting their reading the papers whilst the rest of the crew ate.But apart from very occasionally I'd pass on the cooked breakfast.

Not quite as lardyarsed as Dean yet, but well on the way. :001_tongue:

I'm generally a big time number 1, ( not always hot though) then nil by mouth till the evening.

If I was still climbing day in day out, then this would obviously be different.

Little and often should be the preferred way to go,

Keep up those energy levels with regular boosts.

Thats my opinion, for all that it's worth.:blushing:
