I actually find that picture pretty depressing. Can you imagine the working conditions these guys have? Not even any ear defenders. :thumbdown:

Well they seem to be avoiding the top quarter with the angles they're cutting, and the only reason they're not using the front handles that I can see is so they don't have to bend down.

 

I'm sure they've encountered kickback many times. Hm, maybe part of the cutting technique they've adopted (the Limp-wristed one handed cut) is their own response to it? Say, if you were to get a kick in that position, wouldn't the rear handle jerk downwards, flop out of your hand and hit the ground? Rather than using your right hand as a pivot and a 1-way ticket to your face?
