Just a thought, their idea of tidy may differ from yours. They can probably find what they need in the yard in the dark, walk straight over to an item and lay their hands on what they need, to some thats "tidy".

Are you being an awkward landlord? NO, its your land, and it reflects your business, so in future, perhaps tighter terms and conditions in the tenancy, maybe you could review this at the end of the financial year when reviewing the rental fee. Also make it clear that if you have to incur costs in putting the yard straight this will be added to their rental costs.

It'd bug me but so long as they pay for it I'd leave them be. As soon as it creeps out of their space or gets in your way then's the time to put your foot down.

 

the pics dont show the full pictiure ,thers rubble & wood al mixed in under the top layer of rubbish,rubbish that should of gone to the tip or in to a skip,as theyv charged the cliant to remove it !! if thers a bag of rubble on ther truck they just thro it any wer !! ,i can get more than the £30 q wk they pay & have it tidy
