This sort of thing really irks me off. He we have young larch removal by Forestry Mulcher in an attempt to slow the spread of P.Ramorum from Plym woods. I'd have thought it would agitate and spray spores like nothing else. However, the driver was clearly getting bored so decided to tickle this sweet chestnut with the flail :mad1::cursing:

looks like the site could do with a couple more passes wth the mulcher ,:001_smile:

When I drove past this I thought some one had put a felling cut in, then gone home, turns out it was a contractor for Wolverhampton City Council removing epicormic growth. This is how they left it.

Apparently so - there are acres and acres of it in numerous seperate stands. Total shite. The frickin tops are all over the place; 10' long leaders not even processed and hanging out over the roads and pathways...

 

Shall I say who the contractor was?!!! Name and shame and all that...
