Ok own up who got into the APF for free? Saw a few randomly parked cars handy for a legit through the woods for a sneaky side entrance, and plenty parked in the forest park car park walking with forestry journal plaggy bags!:sneaky2:

I got in for free the second day, we approached the gate and asked if we could pick up gear from Jonsies from the previous day. They refused us entry and said we had to pay again despite showing them 6 tickets from the previous day.

We just walked away and sneaked our way in picked up the gear and went

You should only have to pay once

Mind you i won a pair of ear defenders at the stihl stall with my ticket number although i would have preferred the 660 prize, they said youve win and started blowing whistles i thought it was the saw, i was nearly jumping about then they handed me the ear muffs i was well dissapointed :sneaky2::lol:

I got in for free with a free ticket from a friend who had been on the Uni mog stand for a couple of days. I didn't see any of the free t-shirts people are talking about though, where were they?? Would have loved a tree related t-shirt for work...........and for best:biggrin:

well lets see.......

free entry for three days,

free camping for three days,

free breakfasts, and food all three days,

sold a fair bit of second-hand gear,

even blagged a stihl timbersports banner!

the moral of the story is..........enter a competition or help out on a stand, the experience is priceless
