Tree Work at 2am

Just been woken up by what sounded like a really bad engine Few bang Dident really listen then It did it again and again.Got up opend my window and listened Sound like a wood chipper Nope not at 2am Then i heard a chainsaw then the wood chipper again Its 2am who the hell works at 2am It was around the Huyton area in the liverpool They our still going at it now.The hasent been any wind or rain or work what even needs doing around where i live

If a tree poses a great danger to the public or a building work could start the moment the relevant authority/person becomes aware thus mitigating the risk regardless of the time of day.

 

Underground gas, water and electric etc mains along with sewers etc can cause trees to be needed to be taken down immediately, even a little 22mm water pipe can undermine a big tree if it leaks.
