hes got saw in so if it kicks back its going to go into the tree, and secondly you have a lump of metal that would stop the bar going out the back :001_smile:

its logic, if you have the ram pushing up how is the chainsaw going to cut through that :confused1: its not ideal to have him there, but i dont see how if worst came to worst the saw did kick back how it would get past a metal ram underload.

Have you seen the bar length??

 

Could easily miss the jack.
