Thanks Andy, I had mine checked out and it was granular crystallisation at the point where I had a vasectomy.

 

But the important thing is to man up and just get it checked out ASAP.

 

Don't be shy! Just do it, as they say!

I developed an ache in one of mine a few months ago and I was proper worried. Mate of mine died young from misdiagnosed testicular cancer. Turns out mine was only an infection in one of the tubes but there was no way I was going to hang around and see if it cleared up on its own. Like the op said; get em checked at the first sign of something not right

Always a good idea mate.

 

Had a friend who had ball cancer a while ago. And my mum has myeloma cancer aswell. She is still fighting hers.

 

He beat it and now lives to the fullest. I think it's a shame that something like that would make people relise how fragile life is. Should always live life to the fullest as its too short not to
